I hold no other citizenships and residencies for local or international tax purposes other than disclosed in this application and will inform the lender in writing of any change of this status within 30 days. (Where applicable complete the Tax obligation form)

The applicant hereby gives consent to the Mortgage Originator and/or Business Affiliates / Bank / Lender / Financial Institution

1. to obtain and disclose from any credit bureau all personal information, credit history and data relating to my credit profile to determine the applicants creditworthiness and to transmit to any credit bureau all data relating to this application.

6. to share all information both positive and negative pertaining to this application with the Mortgage Originator during the application process

The Mortgage Originator and/or Business Affiliates / Bank / Lender / Financial Institution involved will exchange no further information than indicated above and these will be safeguarded and not used for any other purposes than this Mortgage Finance application only.
